Christmas...

quilt done! Here is the quilt I have managed to make over the past couple of weekend:

I am still painting and creating mixed media projects...but can't share much at the moment!

Soon be half term so hoping to get some more time to craft then.

Paint Party Friday

This week my art work is in a circle journal, which always adds a little more pressure to the creative process, but I am very pleased with the girl that appeared on the page and fingers crossed the journal owner will like it too! The journal page has a little flap so managed to carry the girls hair over onto it too. Stamps by Sara Naumann and Emma Godfrey over at PaperArtsy.

Purse using a sew in frame, added some free motion quilting to the Kaffe Fassett fabric to make the detail pop. I am going to store my wonder clips in it.

Mug Rugs

Or large coasters! I used my new embroidery machine as I have learned how to use applique files! Stocking fillers or Christmas gifts. I decided to add a little pocket to add a tea bag or biscuit for a treat and they are quilted on the reverse.
