100 days project- 1 to 10

Going to try this project for the first time.

1/100 Here is where I started! Building some backgrounds 

After a few days they had turned into these.

My theme is art moves and gratitudes.

By the day 10/100 point I had produced these journal page toppers.

Scribble and Symbols

Managed to do some more journaling and this scribble girl ended up with some symbols appearing within her. Acrylic paints in background and alcohol pens/watercolour pencil used for the girl.

Christmas Owl

 

This week included the 25th which is Rudolph day so around this time I make a batch of cards each month to stop that last minute festive make panic. So here is my first batch of cards for 2021 and I inked up a stamp I purchased from my local craft shop last year in the sale and hadn’t inked it!

Who?

 

Trying to get back into some drawing but out of practise. So loosening up with some pen drawings and just scribbling to see what happens! Quite pleased on the whole with how she turned out, she is coloured using alcohol pens and coloured pencils. The background was very mixed media and I layered it up over several days.

Used a new stencil with this lovely flower to create this double page journal spread.

Lots of collage and paint in the background. The girl is an image by Stampotique.

First of 2021

 Hoping to to do a bit more art journaling again this year if my mojo and inspiration allow!

It’s been a while!

I have been making but more soft crafts and nothing I felt like sharing. 

But recently managed to open up my art journal and create this double page using my ECL13 stamp set and watercolour paints.
