Journals

Been making some journals using Gelli prints inspired by Birgit Koopsen 31 days of Gelli prints challenge. As you can see I made lots out of my prints and they will make some nice craft gifts.

These mini journals which are just 7cm by 5 cm were inspired by a YouTube video by Teresa Morgan went slightly off piste and have used them for my 2018 gratitudes rather than just jotting them down on scraps and dropping them into a box. Will need to make more of these.

Cats and Dogs

Well a cat and a dog to be precise!

My little cat is in a Gelli print journal I have been making. 

The dog was painted into a ledger journal.

Snowy Day Cardmaking

On this snowy Sunday nothing else to do but craft so made these Christmas cards using a PaperArtsy Hot Picks stamp, plus a mixed media background using Fresco paints, ink, stencils and some stamping.

I created this little fish for a swap using paperclay. 

Once dried I painted it with Fresco paints and coloured Pitt pens.

February Review

Well February seems to have gone with a blink of an eye and I didn’t think I had achieved much what with life getting in the way but I have done more than I thought!

My first drawing of an animal...a hare.

A couple of birthday cards....colouring is therapeutic!

And even managed to sew a new toy basket for my dog!
