While working on what I thought was a double page spread in my journal a bird's wing seems to appear on the second page....so decided to go with it and here is how my page turned out!

Little Watercolour Girl
Started this little girl while away in Dorset for a few days using watercolour.
Finally finished her now I am back using some stamping!
She was created in a small (10cm by 14cm) Moleskine watercolour journal.

Angel #3
The online course I am taking by Kelly Rae Roberts is really helping me to stay motivated with art journal. Really pleased with how my latest angel turned out and the colours I ended up using. Her face was created using gelatos.

Angel #2
Continuing some art journaling inspired by Kelly Rae Roberts Spirit Wings online course.
I have used Big brush pens for a long time but always on top of paint, so it was great to try something different on this face and blend them straight onto gel medium surface. I am really pleased with how she turned out and can't wait to get started on the next lesson.

managed to get back to some art journaling now on have a bit more time on my hands...thank goodness for the summer holidays! Taking a Kelly Rae Roberts course 'spirit wings' and worked with oil pastel on the face which is new for me.
