Starting to prepare for Christmas Fayre in December. Trying to use up stuff from my stash so used these beads and cord from my old jewellery making stuff. Then raided my ribbons for embellishment.
Made these cute little tree decorations using painted wooden shapes and stamped a little sentiment.

A batch of Christmas cards I made using inky background and PaperArtsy Hot Picks stamps.
Added some texture using netting fabric to matt and layer, sewing all the layers together with a sewing machine.

After making my recent Sunny Days bunting I still had some beautiful leftovers from the project and pondered all sorts of ideas but decided I could use them to make my own little armchair caddy for sewing projects. That’s what I love about sewing I enjoy the process and have something useful at the end!
So first up I lined the one remaining bunting flag I had.
Leaving a gap at the bottom for me to turn it through.
Stepped away from mixed media after the 100days challenge and have been working away quietly on these to projects over the last couple of months.
The blanket was a CAL, my first ever blanket and was pleased with how it turned out. The pattern included lots of new stitches to learn.
You can find details about the Sweet Blossom Blanket HERE.
I have also been doing some slow stitching, making this Sunny Day bunting by Natalie Bird for Tilda Club. It certainly has a lovely summery vibe and is now decorating my craft room.
Made a few little art dolls as part of the 100 day challenge.
Sharing the journal I have made using the journal toppers created so far for the 100 day challenge.
Here is how my next art moves in the 100 day project have turned out.
