Mug Rugs

Or large coasters! I used my new embroidery machine as I have learned how to use applique files! Stocking fillers or Christmas gifts. I decided to add a little pocket to add a tea bag or biscuit for a treat and they are quilted on the reverse.

I am going to share these over at Sew Cute Tuesday and Lets Bee Social!

A look back to Summer

Summer (of sorts!) already seems to be a distant memory and well looking thought the projects I made I realised I didn't blog these batch of cards I made. I had been creating some more homemade fabric and card backgrounds to make these collection of cards.
Plenty of stamping and of course some stitching too!

I am entering these cards into the Crafting for all Season Challenge with the theme lots of layers and Stamping Sensations Sew Special!

New Stamp Launch

Pleased to announce I have 2 new stamp designs launching over at PaperArtsy tonight.

Here are 2 projects I made with my Halloween and Christmas stamp designs.
I must confess I am not cat person, but have grown rather fond of this little chap/chappess.
I used the translucence of Inky Pool and Egg Plant to blend together for my night time skies.
I just had to stitch this onto a card using some black spider web fabric!

I just had to add some different quotes for this Christmas theme and when I found the wine quote...well it just made me chuckle! So here it is on a tag ready for that bottle of white or red...or both...LOL! The little snowball element stamp works well as a border here.

All new designs are available from your local PaperArtsy Stockist.
